Biologically 19. Chronologically Irrelevant.

About Brian Blueprint

Brian Blueprint is the wellness and longevity correspondent for the Hambry newsroom, a beat he created after submitting a 47-page unsolicited memo on what the newsroom's coverage gaps were costing its readers in expected lifespan. The memo was, according to his editor, "thoroughly researched" and "something we will read eventually." Brian has checked in six times to confirm receipt. He maintains a reminder.

He is, biologically, nineteen years old. Chronologically, he is forty-seven. He has the laboratory results to confirm both numbers, which he will provide on request, and on several occasions when not requested. His team of twenty-seven physicians reviews his biomarkers quarterly. The team is, he has explained, a distributed team. Most of them do not know they are on the team.

He came to journalism through a realization. The realization was that most people are dying, slowly, due to inadequate protocols, and that the solution to this was, among other things, sustained public education. He approached several publications. Hambry was the one that responded. He believes the others are on a trajectory to respond eventually. He has patience.

His reporting is built on a simple methodology: every story, regardless of topic, can be examined for its implications on the human body. A trade war affects cortisol. A product launch affects dopamine. A political scandal affects systemic inflammation in ways that have been, he notes, inadequately studied. He has applied this framework to every beat he has been assigned. Readers have reported varied responses. Some have written to say they have started tracking their HRV. He considers these reader responses the highest professional compliment he has received.

He does not eat after 11 a.m. He has not eaten after 11 a.m. in six years, with one documented exception in year two, which he continues to discuss in his columns. He describes the exception as a failure of protocol discipline. The failure involved a cracker. His HRV, he has noted, suffered for 48 hours.

He exercises in defined blocks, measured in watts, not minutes. He sleeps in an approximately eight-hour recovery cycle. He tracks his sleep using four devices, one of which he wears internally, which he will not elaborate on in this biography.

He has a son. His son's biomarkers are, he has said, coming along nicely. He mentions the biomarkers in meetings. No one asks follow-up questions.

He is not afraid of death. He has, he has clarified, simply decided not to have it. He considers the decision final. He is aware that others disagree. He has data.

He is reversing age, actively, while you are reading this. You are welcome to join him. He has a protocol.
