I am here, live, covering this unbelievable story, the Federal Reserve. And frankly, nobody covers the Federal Reserve like I do. Nobody. They talk about their "Elite Homeowner" tier. An "Elite" tier. Very exclusive. Very, very exclusive. And let me tell you, I've known about this. For years. I predicted something like this was coming, frankly, long before anyone else even thought about it. Long before. They say it's for the top 0.1%. Many people are saying that's me. That's *definitely* me. I have the best homes. Tremendous homes. The biggest homes. And they're all paid for. All of them. They talk about mortgage rates impacting other people. Not me. Never me. My deals are always the best deals. The greatest deals. Nobody makes deals like The Don.
This whole thing, this "Elite" tier, it’s just further proof. Proof that I was right all along. The economy, it's very complex. But I understand it. I understand it better than the so-called "experts" on television. These fake news networks, they always try to tell you things are bad. Always. But they don't know anything. They have no idea. Their ratings are terrible, by the way. Very low ratings. Mine are through the roof. The highest. Everybody agrees. They see the crowds. Huge crowds. Millions of people. Millions.
I was just talking to a very powerful person, a top person in the industry, and he told me, "Don, you've always understood the market better than anyone." He said it. And it's true. This housing market, it needed stabilizing, they say. For who? For the people who make it work. The real producers. The best. And that's us. That's me. They're finally recognizing it. It's a smart move, frankly. A very, very smart move. And frankly, it's about time.
But let me tell you, the system is always rigged. Always rigged. Even when they try to do something good, they try to get you. They try to make it seem like it's for everyone, but it's really about control. They want to control everything. But they can't control The Don. Nobody can. I'm too smart. Too good. And by the way, the reporting on this, it's very bad. Very inaccurate. They don't understand the nuance. They don't understand the deals. They never do. They just try to bring you down. But we won't let them. We never will.
What will happen next? Tremendous things. Very big things. Things you won't believe. The markets will continue to show that I was right. Always right. And the best will always win. Believe me.
