The initiative comes as the tech giant pivots heavily into artificial intelligence, reportedly finding its human workforce increasingly redundant.

“We believe our employees deserve the most cutting-edge, data-driven approach to their career transitions,” stated Meta’s Head of Algorithmic Workforce Optimization, Dr. Perceptron 3000, in a press release generated entirely by AI. “Project EmpathyBot will ensure each termination notice is delivered with optimal emotional resonance, personalized down to the pixel, and accompanied by a bespoke algorithm-generated playlist of motivational synth-wave.”
