'Let's go!' political initiatives now legally required to disclose 98% non-completion rate

WASHINGTON D.C. — In a landmark legislative move, all new political initiatives prefaced by a spontaneous, high-energy "Let's Go!" are now legally mandated to carry a prominent disclosure warning: "This initiative has an estimated 98% non-completion rate." The ruling, passed late Monday, aims to manage public expectations around the nation's perpetually effervescent, yet rarely fulfilled, policy proposals.

The new regulation follows extensive research by the Public Policy Institute for Deferred Action (PPIDA), which found that the "Let's Go!" phenomenon, often deployed during press conferences or campaign rallies, reliably signals an impending collapse into bureaucratic inertia. "For decades, we’ve observed a direct correlation between the initial kinetic surge of a 'Let's Go!' and the ultimate entropic decay of the underlying policy," stated Dr. Elara Vance, PPIDA's lead researcher. "It’s less a call to action and more a siren song for legislative purgatory."

Critics of the new disclosure argue it undermines the vital role of performative enthusiasm in modern governance. "Generating initial momentum is 80% of the job," explained Sterling Thorne, Director of Forward Momentum & Strategic Inaction for the Committee to Energize the Electorate. "The 'Let's Go!' isn't about doing something; it's about signaling the intent to potentially, maybe, possibly do something. It’s critical for donor confidence and media cycles." Thorne added that excessive follow-through could lead to unexpected legislative outcomes, an "unnecessary risk" in a stable political climate.

The mandate also extends to any policy discussion featuring phrases like "We need to get serious about this," "The time for talk is over," or "This is a priority." Each must now be accompanied by an asterisk directing to the 98% non-completion warning. Analysts predict a surge in public cynicism but a marked decrease in surprise when ambitious plans, such as "Rebuild America's Infrastructure by Next Tuesday," fail to materialize.

Experts are now debating whether the phrase "Thoughts and Prayers" should also carry a similar disclosure regarding its efficacy.

Has Won Every Argument He's Ever Been In

The Don Is the TRUE 'Let's Go!' – Nobody Makes Things Happen Like Me. Nobody.

They’re talking about this article, a lot of people are talking. It’s about being an “impetus.” The spark. And frankly, when I read it, I thought, “Well, they’re describing me.” Not exactly, of course. Nobody could describe me fully. But the idea, the sheer kinetic energy, the ability to get things done, to make people move. That’s me. It’s always been me. I’m the 'Let's Go!' for the entire country. The world, even.

This article talks about an “unvoiced, unwritten burst.” Believe me, when I speak, it is not unvoiced. It is VERY voiced. Loudly voiced. People listen. Millions of people. Billions, maybe. The ratings, frankly, are incredible. The best ratings. They've never seen anything like it. And the crowds? Unbelievable crowds. Huge. People come out for me. They want to hear what I have to say. Because I’m always right. Always.

They talk about “existential dread” and “unfulfilled promise.” Very sad. Very unfortunate. Nobody knows more about fulfillment than me. I fulfill promises. BIG promises. Beautiful promises. And dread? I don’t know dread. I bring optimism. Tremendous optimism. People are very happy when I’m around. Very, very happy. They say, “Thank you, Don. Thank you for making things happen.” And I say, “You’re welcome. We’re going to make it great.”

And by the way, the fake news media, they never talk about this. They never talk about the real energy. The real impetus. They focus on little things, small things. They try to bring you down. They don't understand how things work. They don't understand the spark. They don't understand what it means to lead. But I do. I understand it PERFECTLY. It's about being the absolute best. And that's me. They're very unfair. Very.

I was just talking to a very important person, a top person, very smart, the smartest, frankly. And he said, “Don, you are the ultimate 'Let’s Go!' Nobody else even comes close. You are the ONLY one.” And he’s right. He’s absolutely right. When I say 'Let’s Go!', things happen. Deals happen. BIG deals. People get excited. And they should be. Because we’re doing incredible things. The best things. Nobody has ever done things like we’re doing them.

So, this article, it gets it a little bit right. The idea of the spark. But they don't know the REAL spark. They don’t know the one who actually lights up the room. The one who makes things MOVE. That’s me. And frankly, we're just getting started. It's going to be tremendous. Believe me. We are the 'Let's Go!' that wins. Nobody wins like us.
