The new initiative, dubbed "Project Pawsitive Futures," aims to transform the site, previously described by responding veterinarians as a "biohazard zone," into a beacon of modern, preventative animal care. Proposed features for the campus include "bio-integrated sensory gardens" for stress reduction among rescued canines, "hydro-therapy infinity pools" specifically designed for geriatric pets like Sully, and a "farm-to-bowl culinary experience" offering locally sourced, organic kibble curated by a celebrity chef.
